• Serve as the senior Business Objects Reports Designer/Developer
• Provide thought leadership on Business Intelligence (BI) concepts and leading practices
• Develop reports and ETL jobs using Business Objects tools
• Develop BI / data warehouse logical and physical data models
• Provide requirements analysis, level of effort estimation, and project planning
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, developers, and testers
• Solve complex problems, assimilating information rapidly, and working under pressure

• Senior Business Objects reports designer/developer with 5-8 years experience
• In depth knowledge of BI and Data Warehousing concepts, approaches, and tools
• Extensive experience in Business Objects report development using Master Detail, Slice and Dice, Drilling methodology, Filters, Ranking, Sections, Graphs, and Breaks
• Experience designing BI / data warehouse logical and physical data models
• Experience developing ETL jobs with Business Objects Data Services (Data Integrator)
• Experience working in an Oracle environment with high proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
• Excellent analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong consulting and client management skills.
• Demonstrated track record of analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Organized, motivated and demonstrate the ability to work under minimal supervision to achieve desired objectives

• Extensive Federal Government consulting experience a strong plus
• Team lead experience a strong plus
