• Support design and development of custom-built Case Management solution for OSHA
• Implement new features and bug fixes resulting from change requests and defects from previous releases
• Provide mentoring and technical support to junior members of the team
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture reviews
• Assist in the estimation of effort related to the technical aspects of the system

• 5-8+ years of demonstrated experience in implementation of large web based solutions using Java/JEE, preferably on a UNIX or Linux platform
• Strong hand-on experience with the following technologies and concepts: Java, JEE, XML, OOAD, UML, JPA, SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering, use case analysis, architecture and design patterns
• Experience in working with web/application servers such as Apache, tomcat and WebLogic
• Knowledge and experience with XML processing using Java
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented concepts and UML
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong consulting and client management skills
• Demonstrated track record of analytical and critical thinking skills
• Organized, motivated and demonstrated the ability to work under minimal supervision to achieve desired objectives
• Hands-on experience in developing BPM based applications using Oracle PBM Suite is a large plus!
• Experience with the following technologies or concepts-Seam, JSF, Drools, Web Services, SOAP/REST
• Development experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Seam, JSF or Struts
• Understanding of queues/asynchronous processing in Java/JEE environment using JMS
• Prior experience with an ESP product such as Oracle/BEA Aqualogic ESB a strong plus
• Experience in complete SDLC with the following tools: Rational RquisitePro, Rational Clear Case, Rational Team Concert
• Extensive consulting experience a strong plus
• Team lead experience a strong plus
